The same Canoly juicer carries different warranty text on different surfaces. The canoly.com C16 page describes every C16 as backed by a 1-Year Warranty and also prints a 15-Year Motor Warranty line. What the 15-year line does and does not name

Canoly's warranty page frames the ladder quoted below, for slow juicers: a limited warranty from the date of purchase, for normal, intended household use, on products bought from authorized sellers, under which Canoly Support repairs or replaces the defective part for a defect in product material within the warranty period.

The 10-year figure belongs to the C03: the C03 page prints a 1-Year Warranty line, its spec text reads Warranty: 10-Year Limited Warranty, and the Amazon listing for the C03 prints a 1-Year Warranty line in its listing copy. The captured text does not say which figure applies at checkout.

Two Canoly pages conflict on who gets the motor term. The warranty page puts a 15-year motor warranty on slow juicers purchased from authorized sellers. The FAQ page ties the term to Canoly.com purchases and describes a 90-day free replacement service for major components on all slow juicing models, alongside lifetime after-sales service. The FAQ states the free replacement for accessories covers normal damage due to quality issues, and that accessories damaged by human factors cannot be replaced for free. The C16 listing copy and the C09 listing copy captured on 2026-09-05 each print a 15-Year Motor Warranty figure, and neither captured text carries the Canoly.com condition.

The Amazon listing for the Omega J8006HDC prints, in its Warranty Description field, '15-Year Manufacturer's Limited Warranty', captured 2026-09-05. The Omega field's text names no part; the C16 listing copy names the motor; the C16 listing's Warranty Description field reads 1 Year Limited Warranty. Each is printed merchant-surface text, not manufacturer policy.

The rules that decide whether any of it is yours

Canoly's warranty page states its scope in numbered sections. Coverage is limited, runs from the date of purchase, and applies to normal, intended household use on products bought from authorized sellers. The warranty is not transferable or re-assignable: it covers the original verified purchaser from an authorized reseller, and it does not apply to products sold or used outside the USA and Canada.

The exclusions decide real claims. Canoly assumes no liability for parts or labor coverage for component failure resulting from improper usage or installation, or from failure to clean and maintain the machine as the owner's manual directs, or for other damages from those causes. Ordinary wear and tear, handling, abuse, misuse, harsh chemical action, removed or altered serial numbers, unauthorized modifications, and flood or fire damage sit outside the warranty as well.

Two mechanics set the cost of using the warranty. Shipping is covered when a qualifying claim is made within 30 days of delivery; after 30 days, or for special shipping requests, the customer pays. Service requires the product model number, printed on a sticker on the bottom or side of the motor base.

Registration depends on where you bought the machine. Orders from canoly.com and Walmart platforms auto-complete warranty registration by default, per the registration page; buy through Amazon or another storefront and check whether a step exists, because the page names two automatic channels. The exclusion for improper usage or installation means the assembly work lands on the buyer.
