JellyReviews Editorial

Who Writes This

One person, and evidence you can check

Last updated: August 17, 2026

JellyReviews is a small independent site, and the reviews on it are written by one person working from evidence anybody can go and check: the specification a manufacturer publishes, the certification a brand holds in the certifier's own register, a warranty document, a regulator's recall list.

01What the JellyReviews Editorial byline means

It is a house name, not a team. When a page says "JellyReviews Editorial", that is the site speaking, and behind it is one person who read the specifications, looked up the certifications, and read what owners reported.

We would rather tell you that than borrow authority we have not earned. Plenty of sites in this category advertise a lab, a panel of doctors, and a testing protocol. Almost none of them have one, and you have no way of checking. Everything we assert, you can check.

02What that means you should trust

Not the byline. The evidence. Every factual claim on this site points at something you can verify without our help: a manufacturer specification, a certification you can look up in the certifier's own database, a warranty document, a regulator's recall list.

Where we give an opinion rather than a fact, we label it as ours and score it out of 10. The JellyReviews score is a judgment, not a measurement, and we will never dress it up as one.

03What we can and cannot tell you

We can tell you what the manufacturer claims and whether a third party has stood behind it. We can tell you what a warranty covers, how long it runs, and what owners say happened when they tried to claim on it. We can tell you whether a product has a recall history in the regulator's own database.

We cannot tell you how something feels in your hand, how loud it is in your kitchen, or whether the fabric wears through after a year. Those things need a lab or a long trial, and where they are the deciding factor for a category we say so on the page rather than guess.

04The commercial relationship

JellyReviews earns an affiliate commission when you buy through a link on the site, at no extra cost to you. No brand can buy a placement, a score, or a mention, and no brand sees a page before it is published.

The honest limitation: we only earn on merchants we have a relationship with, so a good product sold somewhere we do not have a link can be missing from a page.
